Hotel Samovar By Goyal Hoteleirs - Agra (Uttar Pradesh)

During my xmas stay, I loved the cozy bed and the well-decorated room which made me feel festive. The location was also great, close to many restaurants and shops, which made it easy for me to buy some last-minute gifts. Another great advantage was the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to help with anything I needed.

The noise level was unbearable during my stay. The walls were thin and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Also, the breakfast was not up to my expectations, with limited options and some of the food was not fresh. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, especially during the holiday season. my xmas experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped due to these negative aspects.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, with the Taj Mahal nearby. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The hot shower is always available. The sheets are not bad and almost clean.

The hotel offered top-notch hospitality and great atmosphere. the staff members were always eager to assist with transportation to nearby attractions like the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal. the room was tiny, but very clean, and the bathroom had adequate slope despite some minor issues. the breakfast was delicious, and guests commend the restaurant staff who were always gracious and served with a smile. One significant advantage of this hotel was its prime location, with numerous restaurants and shops available within walking distance.

There was some room for improvement in providing prompt customer service. Some guests in the past have experienced delays in services or misunderstandings with staff members during check-in, which could cause inconveniences.

the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, with the main attractions within walking distance. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to nearby locations which was convenient and cost-effective.

The cleanliness of the room was below my expectations. the sheets had stains on them and the floors were not properly cleaned.
